7-10 business days for printed items. 2 weeks for embroidery.
What's your minimum for custom items?
Screen printed items 12 pieces with the same logo and colors, embroidery and Direct To Garment printing no minimum, Heat Transfer Vinyl no mininum.
What are your prices?
Prices vary based on type of shirt you pick, quantity, logo placement and number of colors in logo. For embroidery items, the stitch count is the determining factor instead of number of colors in the logo.
What is your maximum color count?
For screen printing, we can only print 6 colors per logo (the more colors in the screen printed logo the higher the minimum). For embroidery, we can only do 15 colors per logo.
What is the difference between screen printing and Direct to garment printing? Heat Transfer Vinyl? Embroidery?
Screen printing uses ink pushed through a mesh screen. The ink is on top of the material and is heat sealed on. Direct to garment printing, the ink is printed into the material which gives a vintage feel to the item. Heat transfer vinyl is used for simple small quantity orders. The image is cut out of a vinyl substrate that is then heat pressed onto the item. We use soft lightweight vinyl as often as possible. Embroidery is using thread and needles to put the design into the material. Similar to sewing but more complex.
What are your hours?
Mondays – Fridays 10 am – 6 pm, and Saturdays 9 am – 3pm.
